These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Good Vibes, Great Food digital cookbook from Kikifit LLC FZ ("Kiki Fit", "we", "us"), a company based in the United Arab Emirates selling worldwide. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
Good Vibes, Great Food is a digital cookbook delivered online. After purchase you receive login details by email and access it through our online member portal. It is a digital product. No physical item is shipped.
The cookbook is €29.99. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion or bank fees that may apply in your country.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment. Your login details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If your login doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
All sales are final. Because this is a digital product delivered with instant access, we do not offer refunds once your purchase is complete. By buying, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right the moment access is provided.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing the cookbook, contact us and we'll help you get in.
When you buy the cookbook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own private use. All content, including recipes, photography, text and design, remains the property of Kikifit LLC FZ. You may not copy, download for redistribution, screenshot for sharing, resell, publish, or share your login or the content with anyone else. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access being revoked without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing access is not permitted and may lead to termination of access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kikifit LLC FZ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the cookbook. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
